South Mountain Rehab Center

I was in South Mountain Rehad for two weeks for an emergency hip replacement. Although I wasn't happy to be confined, the care you receive is excellent. The staff for the most part are friendly and attentive. Physical therapy also does a fantastic job in your recovery process. Administrative staff makes sure your stay and recovery are what you expect, and follow through with your concerns. I would go back if I need inpatient treatment. And, Im sure if you chose this place, your experience would be just as good as mine. I highly recommend South Mountain Rehab for treatment and cate.

I have visited a friend there twice this month and have been very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the staff. The outside of the building is not inviting and the parking lot says neglect but once inside those thoughts are diminished. My friend has nothing but glowing reviews about her care there. It is a real testament when a person who so much wants to be back in her own home expresses such satisfaction with her current surroundings. Thank you for your good work!

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!! I don’t even know where to begin. My grandfather was admitted to South Mountain Rehab Center in November with the goal of regaining strength to walk again. Instead, he was severely neglected and, in my opinion, left to die. Fortunately, we were finally able to move him out a week ago, and in that short time alone, he has already improved. This just proved to me that the care he received at South Mountain was neglectful. While at South Mountain, my grandfather: •Fell multiple times. On one occasion, my grandmother arrived for a visit and found him lying on the floor of his room. We have no idea how long he had been there. •Was never given his dementia medication during his entire 2+ month stay. We repeatedly asked staff and were reassured he was recei

South Mountain Rehab Center is a family friendly center. They schedule activities for their patients every day of the week. Something for everyone! They have a fitness area. They also have pet days where they allow certain animals to visit. I'm glad South Mountain Rehab is where our friend was placed for rehab.

If I could give 0 stars i would. My grandmother's clothes, shoes, pictures of family, pretty much everything stolen. They don't seem to want to solve the problem either. Don't recommend. Since my grandmother has been there, it's been through several owners. I wonder why.
