Muscle Menders Massage

Excellent first appointment. I booked a massage a few days after I took a tumble when I miss calculated the last two stairs in my apartment.. I spent two days gimping along in pain. The third day I had my first my appointment with Zarif. I am happy to report I now have less of a hitch in my get up and am on the mend thanks to his expertise, patience and knowledge.

I have been struggling with left knee pain, and really tight legs during my marathon training block. I did the 60 min deep tissue session and I am feeling better and more confident that I am not injured and can continue my training block!! Ill be back in a couple of weeks to prepare my body for my marathon. Thank you so much!!

Excellent!! I've had so many massages over the years and this was by far one of the best. Zafir is knowledgeable and thorough. He was attentive to my issues and asked further questions before beginning my treatment. I felt great afterwards. Bonus-My neck motion is better than it's been in months.
