Boonsboro Veterinary Hospital

I would NEVER go to Dr. Garcia and his staff again. I’m SO tired of vets not caring for our fur babies well being and quality of life and only caring about the money. Our sweet Mousey suffered 3 more days than she had too and they gave our family hope. We are so deeply saddened but would have ended her suffering earlier because we love her so much, had they known what they were doing and not misdiagnosed her, cared and extended her suffering. We sent an email to the vet and they Never replied, so you can see how much they really care about your fur babies or you. Just wanted the $$$

The reason why I take my pets to Boonsboro Veterinarian Hospital is because, unlike a lot of Vet's in WV (where I live), they don't make you sit around all day waiting to get your pet examined, they'll fit you in, and check out your pet, and let you know if it's a serious problem, or not. They seem to be professional, and a valid Veterinarians, at Boonsboro Veterinarian Hospital, both times that I've used them I've been Pleased with them.

This is the first time using them took both of our fur babies there and they did a great job on them checked them out without no problems even though we couldn't go in with them our 17 month old was scared at first to go in but by the time she came back out she wasn't afraid love dealing with them will definitely keep taking our fur babies there

I’ve been going to see Dr. Garcia and his team with my pups since I had my first dog in 2008. Unfortunately, as of late, I’ve had some negative experiences. They were dismissive of my concerns about my pup, advising that I should wait it out. He wasn’t eating and was having difficulty breathing. They were rude to my husband when he called for follow-up, as their Saturday hours were shorter and we wanted to get our pup seen. The staff seemed annoyed and while I understand being shorthanded, being dismissive of an owner’s concerns is not a good way to conduct business. Ultimately, I wound up taking him to the emergency vet where he was diagnosed with pneumonia. His left lung was completely full of fluid, and had I not gone with my instinct and taken him in, he would’ve likely gone septic.

Super friendly & very gentle, experienced staff!! Gotta luv that for our fur babies!!
