outstanding service as usual! I feel like every time I run into an issue with another pharmacy, they make me call around to fix the issues. Weather it be with needing refills or or insurance troubles. Not this one! boonsboro pharmacy is there to help and fix the situation completely. I have never had issues coming here and prefer this location out of all the other pharmacies in the Boonsboro area. Also, they have very kind staff! I actually get smiles from them.

Didn't call & make me aware they can't bill state insurance. I had to call them 4 days after my Dr called scripts in and ask what's going on? In the last 6 months I've seen serious decline in professionalism. I'm out of my meds now due to it. I have to wait til my Dr works again and ask her to resend. I wouldn't have to go without or wait at all if they had done their job and notified me. I was put on hold for 10mins. Common these last 6months. I've been put on hold and forgotten multiple times. I used to like this small town pharmacy... till last 6months. Going downhill fast!

Wow! What fantastic service I received from the pharmacist at Boonsboro pharmacy! My vet called in an emergency prescription and the pharmacist called me directly to make sure I understood the dosage to give my pet. Thank you for helping us!

Boonsboro Pharmacy is simply amazing! Your prescriptions are always accurate and on time. Fantastic staff who go above and beyond to help you. It's a great feeling to walk into the store and be called by name. The store is like a Hallmark and pharmacy combined. Everything from aspirin to jewelry! Great prices and selection. The Bargin Room is the best kept secret around . Loads of items at fantastic prices . Do yourself a favor and check it out .
