Been bringing my daughter here since she was born. As a preemie she has had the best care, I cannot stress enough of how good of the Dr's my daughter has seen, they always give her the best care and when she goes for her check up's it is not that long of a wait. I also like that you can bring your kids as a walk-in which is very helpful when they get sick saves me from going to urgent care where they have no medical history on my child.....Although when you call to make an appointment or request information they could shorten the greetings and answer the phones a bit faster. But overall awesome Dr's here and great staff never had a problem here.

Words cannot express how this place is beyond irritating. South Alamo wasn’t very great to begin with but ever since they were bought out, it has just plummeted. We stuck it out because we loved PA Chris but most of their staff is unskilled, unorganized, rude and unapologetic. I’ve had numerous unpleasant situations and I’m too irritated to list them all but needless to say, all this is no longer worth waiting to see PA Chris. Which is a shame because he’s been my boy’s doctor for probably 12 years.

I haven’t had one good experience with this place. Took me 3 days to call and get an actual appointment for my daughter. Once at the appointment waited for 2 hours and they had for gotten i was waiting with my 2 kids. I’m not a complainer but my god. It was the worse experienced ever. And then they lost her lab work and then mentioned her dr no longer works there. Definitely moving drs and clinic.

Dr. Duran and the staff at South Alamo Medical Group are great. Checking in is fast, courteous, and professional. The front office staff are kind and caring. The medical assistants are also wonderful, always fast and efficient while keeping patient care a priority. Dr. Duran is a down-to-earth, easy to talk with kind of doctor with a terrific bedside manner. He truly listens to the patient, is a superb diagnostician, and is very thorough during your visit. I feel that I'm in excellent care with Dr. Duran. There are times that I'll see the Nurse Practitioner, Ms. Warren. She too, is just wonderful! She is intelligent and very caring. In all, A+++.

Takes a month to get seen and that’s with an appointment. Tried multiple times to setup appointments and that’s the time frame they give you. God forbid my kids are sick I can’t even get them seen. And when I take them to the hospital they tell me why didn’t you take them to the pediatrician? You can’t get an appointment they’re so booked! I’ve been going here since I had my first kid and I’m on my fourth I recently changed pediatricians after the CSR lady that works from home while her kids are screaming in the back set it up incorrectly so not only was I waiting for that appointment for a month already the previous month the office lady had called to reschedule so I had been waiting two months for this when I got there they said it was scheduled incorrectly and they couldn’t see all of t
