I put off getting my wisdom teeth removed for 20 years because of fear and anxiety, so this was a huge step for me. From the consult to the procedure, the team was incredibly informative, patient, and understanding about my nerves. They answered all my questions and made me feel truly heard. The day of surgery, they talked me through everything and kept me calm. The IV was easy, and just like others said, I don’t remember a thing after the medication went in. I woke up ready to go home! Recovery has been much easier than I expected. My pain has been very minimal and manageable with Motrin, and the post-op instructions and medications really helped. Genuinely couldn’t recommend Dr.O and his team enough. I have a 1 year old and for my consultation my childcare fell through so I had to bring her. The nurses were so sweet and held her while I got my X-rays taken. Dr. O sat down with me and talked to me about exactly how the extraction would go and gave me many options for how I could be numbed or sedated and didn’t make it seem like one option was better then another he let me decide. I opted to do full sedation and he explained everything to me. Doc and his staff removed EIGHT teeth from our son’s mouth about 1.5 months ago. 4 wisdom and 4 regular to finish up his braces treatment. We were hesitant because , 8 teeth getting pulled at once - that’s a lot! The experience was flawless. Our son had literally no pain after a day or 2 and was eating normal after a week. Dr. Ouellette and the staff are super professional. I went in for wisdom teeth extractions and the office was really helpful they explained the procedure, billing, etc. The procedure was fast and painless, we were having a nice conversation about past experiences and all of the sudden I was on my house with no wisdom teeth, I'm not too sure If I said thanks at the end, I don't remember but if I didn't. Thanks for all of your help From now on I will recommend this office to all of my friends and family.
