Sonterra Health Center

I visited with a family member today and was impressed with this facility! The check-in process (security) was all digital, thank you! The staff was very attentive and helpful in helping me navigate the facility. My family member had nothing but good to say about her rehabilitation stay.

I have stayed at Sonterra Health Center twice and wouldn’t ever go anywhere else if I needed the care again. The room was comfortable snd cleaned daily, the nursing staff was great snd very attentive. The aides were excellent and so kind and helpful. The physical therapy staff are beyond compare. The food was okay but the the desserts were really good. I am grateful for the care and treatment that I received there. Praise God there are places like this.

My sister was a resident here for over a month. She wasn’t so sure in the beginning if she would like it here but after getting a private room it met all her expectations. PT and OT was a motivating force that helped her improve mobility. The nurses, CNA’s along with other staff that she encountered were extremely friendly and supportive. With each visit to see my sister, I always noticed just outside the front door how residents appeared to be clean, happy and engaged in conversations. That was a good enough indicator to me that they too must be having a similar experience.

Not only was the facility clean and well kept, the staff was fabulous. The icing on the cake are the many daily activities they have planned for the patients to partake in. The Friday Happy Hour Event serving Waffles and Ice Cream brought a smile to all patients sitting in the dining room, they could not wait! Kudos to all the chefs, cooks because my elderly aunt enjoyed eating her meals like she had never done at home.

The physical therapist got my mother-in-law up and walking erect for the first time this year. She was very encouraging and my mother-in-law was so proud of herself! All of the staff has been so warm and helpful.
