A little constructive criticism. There is no sign on the door, above the building and on the board at the driveway. This will help people find this place. There is not a lot of handicap parking, there is no door button. We watched several people in wheel chairs, walkers and a guy on the stretcher having a hard time opening and holding open the door just to get in, most people inside waiting to be seen did jump up and hold the door open.

Just returned from 6 week X-ray for compound fracture. As the tech stated “I haven’t seen such clean, precision work very often.” She asked if he was young or older, I stated “Dr. Goodwin is young, and very careful and caring and obviously skilled.”

DR Laura Prokuski has done nothing but show me she truly cares about her patients going above and beyond what I have seen any Doctor do. She is a master at her craft and a great person! Thank you again for all you've done for me.

I’ve been calling this office for a week straight to schedule and appointment and nobody answered the phone or had the respect to call me back. I had to physically walk in there to schedule my appointment. Terrible customer service and the staff is lazy .

I’ve been sitting here with my grandmother for three hours and still waiting to be seen by the surgeon, seats are limited so we’re all standing couped up in a very small room. Horrible service!
