I have been buying my stylish shoes for me and my family for years from Ellie. She is the most knowledgeable and trustworthy person I know! She really cares about the health of your feet which is one of the most important things you can do for yourself. All the brands that she carries are for the benefit of your foot. Sure you could buy from Amazon and give your money to a guy who doesn’t pay tax and buys whatever he wants or you could support a small local business who cares about her customer and is passionate about solving your issues with your feet. Thank you Ellie!

Deal directly with Ellie if you need true advice on inserts or shoes, she is amazing. If you’re just “shopping around” and know what you want or in need of the large rotation of staff can assist. IF you need help or advice ask for Ellie therefore you won’t spend your money foolishly or leave really not knowing what you purchased or if will help your situation. Stick to Ellie!!

Ellie and staff are wonderful. Friendly, accommodating and patient in assisting customers in choosing the right pair of shoes and other accessories. I originally visited in late August, 2025, with my oldest daughter, again September, 2025 bringing in my other daughter who bought a pair of shoes! Thanks Ellie and staff for a great shopping experience for shoes!

Buyer beware. If you return shoes that you are not 100% happy with within their short 2 week window, you will have to forfeit $5 so you are basically having to pay this business to be a customer! At least Amazon asks if they can make it right!

They provided exactly the service I was hoping for. Staff was very knowledgeable, observant, and honest. They asked about the pain I was experiencing and determined my arches had fallen; measured my feet and found that my feet had grown 2 sizes due to the falling arches 🤯. They put me in the right size shoe and fitted me for orthotics to keep my arches from falling further. They took their time with me to make sure I got the best inserts for my foot. They sell covers for the inserts but told me to try them without the covers first and come back if I felt like I needed them. Very refreshing that they didn’t try to talk me into spending more money. Can’t recommend this team enough.
