I am beyond grateful for Solace Midwifery and for Kyndall and Cara. They were truly amazing throughout my entire journey. This was my first home birth with my seventh baby, and from the very beginning they made me feel calm, supported, and confident. They were incredibly patient, kind, and encouraging every step of the way. They also provided the birth pool, and giving birth in the water was something I truly can’t describe in words—it was peaceful, grounding, and incredibly empowering. They took the time to listen, explain, and respect every choice, never making me feel rushed or pressured. Because of Kyndall and Cara, my home birth was a beautiful, unforgettable experience. I was able to switch to Solace later in pregnancy and I’m so glad I did! Cara and Kyndall were amazing to work with. They helped me feel comfortable and confident going into birth. I always felt like they had my best interest as a priority. I could always tell how much they love their patients and never felt like I was just another number. Their birth space was a wonderful, calming place and a great option for when a home birth at home isn’t an option. Even though my labor and delivery wasn’t as smooth as we had hoped it would be, I always knew that I could trust them through the process.

I intended to write this review months ago but struggled with how to put into words what an amazing midwife Kyndall is. To know her is to love her. She has the kindest smile and the most calming presence. She really has a gift and was meant to deliver babies. At our first consultation visit with her she recommended that we meet at least one other midwife before deciding to choose her. But as soon as we got in the car my husband and I knew that we didn’t need to meet anyone and that we were in good hands. And we were so right. Choosing Kyndall to be our midwife was the best decision we’ve ever made. I had low progesterone in my first trimester and she did weekly blood draws the first few weeks and worked alongside my naturopath to make sure my progesterone levels were rising enough. I trul

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cara. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and intuitive throughout my care. I always felt heard, supported, and genuinely cared for, not just as a patient, but as a person. She was so prepared and knowledgeable, which gave me so much peace of mind, and her calm, reassuring presence made a huge difference during such an important time. I truly felt supported every step of the way and am so grateful to have had Cara as my midwife. I would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for compassionate, exceptional care.

I switched care to Solace at 36 weeks and am so grateful that they accepted me so late into my pregnancy! I wish I was with them for my entire pregnancy. I never thought I would be the type of person to want a home birth, but it made the most sense for my low risk pregnancy and desire for only necessary interventions. Kyndall and Cara are knowledgeable and kind. My appointments with them were never rushed and I felt like I could talk about anything that was on my mind about my pregnancy or birth. They had such a calm and supportive presence during my labor and the insanity of going past 42 weeks. If we have another baby I would absolutely love to be in their care again. I was sad to leaving my last postpartum appointment—I miss them already!
