Rachel is a gifted massage therapist who has helped restructure my body and regain mobility. I began seeing Rachel with a chronic scapula knot about 4 months ago. After a few sessions with her my back began to take new shape. Rachel is extremely intuitive and is able to magically find tension in the body and help release it. Rachel is amazing. She's attentive, knowledgeable, and can apply different levels of pressure, catering to the individual. She will customize your massage at every visit, no massage is ever the same, repetitive, predictable massage. I've been seeing Rachel about once a month for maybe 2 years and I will continue seeing her for years to come.

Rachel does great deep tissue work and has very intuitive hands. She made sure to check in on how the pressure was and found some tension areas I didn’t even know about. This was a good find and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
