Soft Care Dental

I’ve been a loyal patient at Soft Care Dental for decades now. Most of my experiences over the years have been with the dental hygienists. Fortunately, they do such a good job with preventative maintenance that until very recently, I haven’t needed any corrective procedures for many years. However, I had an appointment on 12/8 with Dr. Tran for 2 fillings. She completely changed the day’s trajectory for me. I was having a bad morning b/f my appointment & was anxious that the dental work would be uncomfortable, if not painful. Much to my surprise the appt. turned out a very positive, completely pain-free experience. Not only did I not feel the injection of Novacaine, the drilling wasn’t the least bit unnerving. I can't thank this dentist and dental office enough for helping my son. I was beyond hope because everyone I called, they wouldn't help us. I called SoftCare and they fit us in the next day. They were so kind and made my son's dental work as painless and stress free as possible. Thank you so so so so much I really can't thank you all enough.

They tended to be really rude to me and the fillings they gave me kept falling out weeks to months after getting them. There was one time when one of their dentists had dropped a shard of metal in my eye, which I was able to catch with my eyelashes. And then dropped a piece of rubber down my throat, which I was able to catch with my tongue. My new dentist is super kind and is giving me a couple of much needed crowns, that could potentially last a lifetime. Instead of continuing to pay for constant fillings which is what this dentist was doing and told me they were planning to keep doing to me. I looked it up and if they continued to give me fillings like they said they were planning to instead of the crowns I needed they could have caused me to loose my teeth completely. YIKES

I have been with soft care dental for over 6 years and been very happy with the dental service I have received. Kelsy is Always great to deal with and very welcoming.
