I had an amazing massage experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. The therapist was professional, attentive, and really listened to what I needed. The pressure was perfect, and they focused on all the right areas, leaving me feeling relaxed and refreshed. I walked out feeling lighter, less tense, and genuinely cared for. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind and recharge.

Liz at Sobar Massage is the best masseuse I’ve ever been too! Right when you walk in you are relaxed with your choice of essential oils in the air. She is so talented at cupping and myofascial breakage. I’ve had a lot of knots, upper neck and shoulder pain that completely disappeared after 2 sessions with her. I couldn’t recommend her more!

Liz is very skilled at what she does. She understands the human body and mind connection. She makes sure you have an enjoyable session from beginning to end. I definitely felt comfortable and relived of tensions through the massage and cupping experience. Also enjoyed the conversations we shared.
