Smith's Pharmacy

They said it would take 15 minutes. I came back 25 minutes later my prescription still wasn’t ready. Took half an hour total. They were friendly enough but it was a really long wait and cramped in line.

This pharmacy is terrible they are rude and mean and mess up all the time there lines are so long have had multiple problems

Never answer the phone, I sat on hold for over 20 mins with no answer. Today we were in at 1 o’clock line to get an rx and the tech finished with the person in front of of us and told us they were closing for lunch and shut the window, no empathy or kindness in her words. I understand needing to have lunch, but it could have been portrayed in a better way. A sign needs to be put out behind the last person in line before lunch or something. Or finish up the line before going to lunch. I’ve had to work into my lunch plenty of times. We are moving to a different pharmacy. Glad not to have to visit this smiths again.

Used to be great...what happened? I kept going to this pharmacy even after I moved (used to be fast, helpful, friendly), but for the last year or so: -Phone pharmacy system gives a "ready no later than" time--and even going 2+ hours later, the response is always "give us 20 minutes." Usually after having waited in line for 20-30 already. What is the point of the phone system if it is completely inaccurate? -No pre-notification of out of stock prescriptions, until you've waited the 20+ minutes; it's a "here's half of your prescription, the rest will be x days later." I don't know if it's a staffing issue, or what (I know it's hard being understaffed), but you're losing customers.

I LOVE Smiths pharmacy! They have always been so good at helping myself and my family. I recognize pharmacy staff have stressful jobs and I’m just super so grateful for how hard they work for us!!!
