Suncrest Dental Payson

My wife is from Brazil and has had a lot of bad experiences there with dentists. We chose Dr Egbert because he speaks Portuguese. Everyone at Suncrest-Payson is very kind and welcoming. Dr Egbert spoke Portuguese with my wife and took the extra time explaining everything for her to ease her anxiety. His preciseness and expertise is phenomenal. She had two wisdoms teeth and several fillings redone. All very genital and done perfectly. He is very attentive to the patient and their needs. Cannot say enough good things about Dr Egbert and his amazing staff.

Amazing experience! Laura, the hygienist, was fantastic and made me feel completely at ease—especially great if you have dental anxiety. Ashley at the front desk clearly explained my benefits and was able to get me in last minute. Dr. Casey took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had. Highly recommend!

My nine year old son had a tooth that was bothering him and Suncrest Dental (Payson location) was able to get him in the same morning I called. Dr. Egbert and his staff were so friendly and were able to talk my son through his shot with no tears 🎉 He was so excited to tell younger siblings and friends about his experience and wasn’t bothered by the procedure after the numbing effects wore off. We plan to bring our other kids to Suncrest for cleaning and checkups because it was such a great experience for what otherwise could have been a stressful situation.

I couldn't sleep the other night, because of a miserably painful toothache. I was able to go in for an emergency appointment that morning. I was called back almost immediately after stepping inside. They were so quick to get to the root of the problem; which was, in fact, the roots of my dead tooth. They gave me the only 2 options there are of pulling it out, or a root canal. They very kindly helped me with the decision by providing all financial information, as I don't make much money, have no insurance, and it is the most financially stressful time of year. I chose to get a root canal and within a matter of minutes was informed they were able to do it right then and there. I absolutely LOVE Dr. Egbert and all of his staff, simply amazing. I have had awful teeth starting from childhood, not taking care of them and only going to the dentist when I couldn’t bear the pain anymore.
