Payson Dental and Orthodontics

First dentist I’ve worked with who noticed and explained everything I needed to know or had questions about! Courtney was amazing to work with, as was Dr Kraft. Both were kind and understanding and actually listened to my requests and concerns. Abby at the front is amazing. I’m very glad I found this practice!

Just moved to Nephi, UT. Saw good reviews & went to check out payson dental and orthodontics, very disenchanted that secretary seemed to be flirting with a work contractor in spanish not acknowledging us being there and there was no one at the front desk, another thing steering us away is doctor isn't even in on Fridays. We decided to go to Swan Smiles in Salem. They also are more family friendly.

Dr Kraft is very friendly and does an amazing job.

Something very OFF about this office and dentist… (“Dr”) Was extremely disdainful when I communicated certain boundaries for my kids. And threatened to call police and tresspass me in FRONT OF MY CHILDREN AND OTHER PATIENTS BECAUSE I SPOKE UP about things that were bothering me. Any medical professional that cannot respect boundaries or recognize or take account of how they are appearing to certain patients, are not the kind of professionals that should be treating children. PARENTS SPEAK UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love Payson dental and orthodontics! I come here for braces as well as dental work and love how I can come to one place for both. All of the staff are so kind and make the dentist a comfortable place to be. Dr. Kraft is awesome and very personable. He genuinely wants the best for his patients and the best treatment for them in the long run. He always has country music playing too and I love it! I will definitely continue to keep coming to Dr. Kraft and recommend him and his office to everyone.
