Smith's Pharmacy

Smith’s pharmacy or is great people are really nice. The ladies 🩷🩷and gentlemen are always Nice and Happy and again like other people said the parking lot is crazy. There’s never parking 😢

Now Smith's Pharmacy is the best in town. My prescriptions r always ready when I show up. I moved my pharmacy from Walgreens to Smith's. Smith's is very responsive when a text is sent ur scripts will b ready when u get there. Smith's employee's r very kind, honest, & always respectful. They no their job & they no it well. Im very confident this pharmacy will always have my best interest in mind. I'm very happy with these guys & so will u. No more run around, no more calling for hours just to b put on hold, no more fake texts saying my script is ready only to get there & find out differently. Boo walgreens.. Yay Smith's

Being part of the Kroger group of pharmacies, I used Smith's multiple times while staying in the Lake Havasu City, AZ area. Even though they were really busy both times I visited them, the customer service was top notch and I will definitely go there again. If you see long lines for the pharmacy don't be discouraged, they are very curtious & efficient at taking care of their customers.

This pharmacy is the best in all of Havasu and the kudos go to Robert in the pharmacy dept. he was absolutely amazing. In a kind of cranky era where customer service lacks big time and when you do get a hold of an employee they’re far from jolly., Robert was kind, friendly, and even found me a steamer discount / coupon for my RX!! This is my new favorite pharmacy. And while visiting Smiths to pick it up I was delighted to see the amazing selection of grocery items, the cheese bar, the social bar , the liquor dept. I will for sure visit smiths much more often! Thank you so much Robert!!
