Always a wonderful experience here. Liz my hygienist was PHENOMENAL. She made me feel so comfortable and talked me through the entire process. Dr. Kurtz is always so friendly and informative. Amber the assistant was also AMAZING and so helpful. What a great team you have! Thank you 🙏🏽

The office manager and receptionist were rude and dismissive when speaking with me, which immediately set a negative tone for the visit. I was already anxious about my dental situation and hoped for some understanding, especially because I explained that I am dealing with financial hardships. The dentist Dr Allen began work on my dental issue and charged me a significant amount of money in December only to later tell me that he could not complete the procedure he had already started. Instead, I was referred to a specialist. This means I now have to pay again for new X-rays and another consultation, which is extremely frustrating after already spending money at their office. While boondocking near Quartzsite, AZ, we lost a front tooth crown. After a frantic internet search, we decided to head to Havasu Dentistry the following morning. I just want to say THANK YOU. We arrived shortly after the office opened, hoping for an emergency crown replacement. The front office was super friendly, and the dentist was able to fit us in with an early-afternoon same-day appointment. This level of service is not common, and we were lucky there was space in today’s schedule. After installing a temporary crown, and ordering the permanent one, we headed back to the desert for a couple weeks. Being a new resident to LHC I needed to establish dental care. After much research on line I selected this office and I was not disappointed. Pleasant front desk staff. Large clean office. Rooming tech Wendy friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Alan was also friendly and pleasant and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He was very thorough. I was very pleased with my visit. I will be going back for my dental care.

Having a full blown case of Dentalphobia, I am always very unhappy going to a new dentist. But from the moment I was greeted until I left, I met the nicest most sincere people. I truly feel everyone was honestly working to make me feel relaxed and they had my best interest at heart. Jade, Dr. Allen and Mariah were awesome!!!
