Our daughter began her braces journey February 2025! All of the staff has been amazing. They laugh and joke with her, they explain everything in a way that a 12 year old understands. The are amazing!!!

Very nice employees but they are not provided the appropriate information from the Orthodontists because they do not spend enough time here. Program was suppose to be 6 months and it took a year. Unorganized work flow which delayed getting liners in a timely manner, information and directions not clear, and it was suggested to me, on multiple occasions when questioning the conflicted information, to do what I felt was right. I was provided conflicting information from different orthodontists at the same facility and directions were not clear on multiple occasions. Overall, unprofessional .

I have had nothing but a great experience with Havasu Orthodontics! From initial consult to treatment - everything has been amazing! Appointment setup is quick and I never have to wait a long time. If I have a broken bracket or wire I am usually able to get in same day or the next day to have it fixed. The girls are amazing and even my daughter loves them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Havasu Orthodontics is wonderful, the staff is super friendly and they always take amazing care of my son. They put together a very straightforward plan and they are very thorough in explaining things and fair with pricing. Highly recommended!
