True Rehab Physical Therapy

Then had a referral from my dr since July 30th, No one from there offices called me till 8-12 and then lied to me saying they just received the referral as my primary told me they sent it on the July 30th. But yet I started calling them since the first of 8-1 and they DO NOT ANSWER THERE PHONE!! I was told to be there 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork I was there and waited for 15 min for anyone to even greet me at the front desk and then he was so rude to me and told me no one else would take me and he mentioned lakeside orthopedic and I questioned him and walked away ! By the way he is the owner … very rude will never go there again and told my friends the story and she said her son experience the same situation.

What a well run center this is for helping people with physical therapy, I have only been there 5 times so far and can feel a difference after having a stroke. Everyone is friendly and making an appointment is easy. Ashley is my therapist and she is a kind, loving, caring young lady. Thanks to everyone there at True Rehab, you are all awesome.

These ladies are the absolute best. Missy, Leslie, Jolene and Ashley are professional, thorough, friendly and Masters at what they do. Love them all and appreciate their hard work in getting me rehabilitated after my total knee replacement. Thank you all!

TrueRehab is outstanding. Stacy is a great physical therapist who is very knowledgeable in adding exercises to recover quickly. Ashley is a great physical therapist assistant that has a great table side manner to assist in achieving maximum results. Holly is a remarkable physical therapist assistant who is funny and knows how to motivate you to reach your goals. Jolene is great in inspiring individuals to achieve results and helps you push through the hard parts. Monique at the reception desk is a great face of the office who helps schedule appointments and tries to make all appointments fit your schedule. I cannot imagine going anywhere else for my physical therapy needs. Class act established from top to bottom.

With out a doubt the best PT facility in Lake Havasu City. Worked with Tom and Ashley who I found to be very professional, courteous and on time. After recovering from a major back surgery they have rehab me almost back to normal. I would highly recommend them to anybody in the Lake Havasu city area.👍💙
