Amazing! Super sweet and went over all of my concerns. Anna, my vet tech, was super informed and so loving to my baby. Dr. Grotelueschen was extremely informed too and helped me understand my dog’s allergies more. Overall definitely recommend!!

Everyone here is amazing - I recommend this location to all of my friends. The clinical and reception staff are all wonderful. So friendly, understanding, and helpful every time. Jessica was a major help with resolving some administrative issues over the phone and was very nice to speak to. I will never go to another vet. The pet wellness plans are more than worth it and staff go above and beyond every time.

The staff is nice and cool but overall didnt like my visit My dog needs surgery and left without a price , after they told me the doctor was on the phone with kitrell animal hospital so they can get me a price , then came in and said the doctor is doing something else and they will give me a call /email Later on

They are great as long as your animals are healthy and just need routine care. Most of the staff is super kind and friendly. If your animals are sick, either get a 2nd opinion or take your pets elsewhere. This is the 2nd time bloodwork was misread here. The most recent time resulted in a $2500 ER vet bill, the ER vet looked at me and said “how did they miss the elevated levels on this CBC” it’s a question I’m still asking myself. The focus seemed to be on masking the issue vs treating it. Thankfully this time our pet is on the mend and we were able to get the help he needed. Just want to caution others if your pet is sick and needs bloodwork and medication.

Dr. Purcell is great but the vet techs here are unprofessional and incompetent. Today, I took my cat in for his laser treatment for stomatitis and when Ana brought him back out, I asked if she had weighed him. Dr. Purcell told me that the techs were to weigh him each time he comes in because he was losing weight and not eating enough. The tech did not weigh him. She got mad at me for asking and took my cat out of his carrier while we were in the lobby with dogs and other people, then carried him off into a room. This was highly unprofessional and not a secure way to handle a cat, as this can cause them panic or run off and hide in the lobby or worse, get attacked by a dog! She came back with my cat and almost knocked the carrier off the chair trying to put him back in it in the lobby.
