I’ve been a patient here for almost two years and I highly recommend Dr. Kim. He’s honest, caring, and respectful of your needs and preferences without being pushy. He’s also efficient. My appointments have started on time, and I’ve never felt pressured into unnecessary extra dental treatments. He also takes the time to explain your options and treatment so you can make informed decisions. After a few fillings and a root canal, I trust his advice and I’m very happy with the quality of his work. Thorough, reliable, and a dentist I’m genuinely glad I found.

Yay, I think I’m the 100th review! Anyway, I just wanted to highlight the service that I’ve gotten at Smiles on Madison over the last year and a half. I have had two cleanings and I believe one filling at this office, and every experience has been really smooth. The hygienists who have worked on me—as well as Dr. Kim—have been gentle, and I haven’t felt any pain (which is always a fear that I have at the dentist). I recently moved to a different neighborhood and went to a new dentist there, but the experience left a lot to be desired. Even them checking my gum pockets was painful. Wholeheartedly recommend. Dr Kim and his staff are fantastic. Dr Kim’s work is outstanding, he’s done a few different procedures for me and they’ve all looked natural, felt comfortable in my bite and have lasted 5 years and counting. He fixed some chips in my front teeth that every other dentist I’ve asked throughout my life had told me it was too small to do but to me it seemed like a large ish chip. Dr Kim repaired the chips and you absolutely can’t tell as the color matching is perfect. His dental hygienist does a thorough job too

I don't often leave reviews, especially negative reviews; however, my experience at this dental clinic was pretty disappointing and I feel the need to share my experience. I have had one new patient exam and two dental treatments here. My new patient exam was brief. They only took a few X-rays with the standard intraoral x-ray machine. They didn't have a 3D panoramic x-ray + cone beam to take my panoramic x-ray. It's quite common/standard for dental clinics to take more extensive X-rays for more accurate first-time examination/diagnosis. I don't find my new-patient exam to be thorough enough.
