I had a bad experience because I had a dental restoration placed in November, and it broke in January. I went back, and the dentist said she wouldn't honor the warranty, claiming it was due to my bite.

I wanted to remove my braces and for a cleaning. Everything went well. You should go there for any problems you might have. Staff nurse you so you can stay the whole day 😅. Appreciate you! Good care! 🙏🏾

I recently visited Smiles of Elgin for my 6 month teeth cleaning and to have 3 wisdom teeth pulled. I was hesitant about all that teeth pulling, but everyone at the office was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable. I thought that the Hygienist was very thorough. The next visit I met with the Doctor, and he was very friendly and made sure my procedure was quick and painless. I would highly recommend Smiles of Elgin!

I have seen several dentists for years. Some have drilled my teeth and left them, some have told me I had no choice but to get braces to close a gap, others who told me I was out of luck, nothing can be done. Others that wanted 7000.00 to put Implants in the front and so on. Smiles of Elgin, specifically Dr. Bansal is the only person who helped me. Upon my first visit, he fixed others mistakes, came up with reasonable solutions and offered suggestions that no other Dentist has. All within a reasonable price. The staff are all exceptional, the nicest staff in a dental office I've ever experienced. They have waited for me when they were ready to go home knowing my schedule and have always made me feel like I was important. Best office in Elgin! Sasha, thanks for being so sweet!

NEVER have I loved a receptionist so much!!! The dentist here are wonderful and caring and great at what they do! In my opinion everyone should go get a gorgeous smile here. 😁😁😁
