The staff at UD was nice. I waited 50 minutes for my appointment although I was on time. The waiting room is extremely small and the office has a smell. I needed another appointment so I requested the Center City office. While that office is bigger and I was seen right away the customer service overall was not good. The gentleman checking me in seem annoyed and the lady checking me out left the desk in the middle of checking me out for about 10 minutes. I had 2 people work on me but not sure if they were both dentists. The lady who prepped me for my fillings was nice and informative. The hygienist doing my suction had me choking on my secretions which was scary. The second provider who filled my cavities was rude and made the procedure extremely uncomfortable. After I visited this place I was concerned of if they were maintaining good hygiene. Their tools looked so dirty and discolored.
