My son and granddaughter were clients at this location. I was familiar with the process, or so I thought. They received GREAT care then, but I think I am the winner! The precision that was used to create my treatment plan and bracket placement was pleasantly unreal. The application of my braces was smooth, and I was given an explanation all throughout the process. I left feeling comfortable and equipped to begin this journey. 36 hours later, and I still have not experienced any pain or discomfort.

I wanted to personally write and share how amazing our experience was. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. Cynai was absolutely phenomenal during my baby girl’s treatment! Her customer service is truly impeccable. She took the time to verbally walk us through the entire process step by step, making my daughter feel comfortable, informed, and at ease the whole time. I have never experienced that level of care—ever. She is so genuinely appreciated, and it made all the difference for us as a family. Shout out to Smile Doctors for having such an incredible team member and staff!!! Highly recommend to anyone wanting braces.This is definitely the place to go!! 10/10 experience 💐💐💐💐

My experience with Smile Doc and my Invisalign treatment has been amazing from start to finish! The entire team has been professional, kind, and incredibly supportive throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly, and I always felt confident about each step of my treatment plan. If you are busy like me one of the things that you may love is the app. I loved how easy the app makes everything. It was so convenient to track my progress, communicate with the team, and stay on top of my aligner schedule. The app really takes the stress out of the process and makes Invisalign feel seamless and manageable. I love my results, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. If you’re considering Invisalign, I highly recommend Smile Doc! They truly make the journey smooth and enjoyable!

Friendly staff. Very efficient and quick work. They coached me well on putting my retainers in and pulling them out. Their guidance was clear and I was asked multiple times if I had any questions. The place always has great music to jam out to in the lobby and its a clean and sanitary area. They provide anything you may need or might have forgotten when going to your appointments.
