Market Heights Family Dental

My visit to Market Heights Dental today was about as great an experience as one can have at a dental clinic. As a first-time patient, I was warmly welcomed by friendly, smiling faces right away. I received X-rays, a full evaluation of my teeth, and a cleaning from Ann. She is a sweet person—kind, funny, and genuinely pleasant to chat with (when I could talk!). Dr. Pundt completed the final evaluation and was extremely thorough. I truly felt that he wanted to make sure all of my concerns were addressed so I could leave with complete peace of mind. Thank you, Ann and Dr. Pundt. I look forward to seeing you again!

I made it clear I couldn’t afford services without insurance paying. They said of course. They’re experienced. They will make sure it’s covered before starting anything. Then They performed services they INSISTED was covered then turns out the next step of my treatment as I sat with mouth open they come in and say “we made a mistake! It isn’t covered” now I have charges and I can’t afford them. It’s only $75 for the beginning of my treatment but they insisted and reassured me I was covered. I am struggling and having to supplement my food with food bank visits so I’m not being irresponsible it’s just hard to stay afloat and these people don’t care. Go somewhere professional for your dental needs.

I had such a great experience in this office. Ms. Ann and Dr. Pundt were very attentive, friendly, and informative. The entire staff made me feel so comfortable. Definitely helped ease my nerves. I highly recommend this dental office. :)

I had a great experience at Market Heights Dental. The staff was extremely attentive, polite, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was clean, calm, and welcoming, which really helped ease any nerves. They did an overall great job with my visit, and I felt well taken care of the entire time. I am writing to complain about the practices in regard to verifying insurance at this institution. I had an appointment at 8 am today which was inadvertently moved to 9:30 am without any confirmation that I was available. I did not receive a call, but instead called them to validate the time change since I had received 2 other text messages showing 8 am appointment time. I arrived a little early so they could verify my dental insurance as it had recently changed. I was told at that time by the receptionist that my insurance was not in effect until Jan. 1, 2026. Since I have been paying premiums since September after my retirement, I explained that to her, but she did not call to confirm. Therefore, my appointment was rescheduled for next week.
