Fusion Dental & Braces

I really like this location and office, I have been going here with my boys since we moved to Fort Hood in 2018. The staff and front desk are always really friendly and take care of us really well! Shawna is the best hygienist and always gives positive comments to my boys about their teeth and how well they handle their cleanings which I know puts them at ease. We moved to San Marcos at the end of 2025 and wish they had locations out there.

My first visit to Fusion Dental was great. The receptionist greeted us with a smile and the wait for my appointment was short. The dental assistants were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Taking the x-rays for my teeth was easy and quick. Finally, I met Dr. A. She was very pleasant. She listened to my concerns, and answered all of my questions. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit.

I had a really good experience here. The staff was very helpful and prompt. My dentist was exceptional, knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. I'm really glad I found them. Their scheduling is fast too. Highly recommend!

Everybody is extremely welcoming and friendly. I've been with this dentistry for a decade (First the Killeen, now the HH location)and they do not try to "upsell" me any services or procedures.The hygienist Shawna is an absolute gem. "My" dentist makes it a point to pop in and say Hi when it's even just one of the kids' appointments. I've stated early on that I'm not interested in getting braces for my kids if it's only for cosmetic reason., and that has been honored.

I was called by Fusion asking me if I could come in earlier for my cleaning appointment. I accepted the offer. Next time I'll keep the same time because apparently they had no time for me. I was called 15 minutes late from appointment time. I knew this was not going to be a good cleaning when the dental hygienist did not offer eye protection. I spent about 15 min (if that) for a cleaning (drill brush and floss). I was asked if I wanted fluoride (for a fee) I said yes. So, after 10-15 min, she sat me up, removed the Bible and before I could say, "where's my fluoride," she was already in someone else's mouth. Again, only brush and floss, I'll have to check with my insurance to see what they were billed for. This Fusion in Harker Heights is mediocre at best. Go to Fusion on Clear Creek instea
