Smile Doctors Orthodontics - Goodlettsville

I had to wait an hour and 15 minutes before I was seen on this visit. I had to wait a hour and a half on the last visit, The actual time with the doctor was less than 10 minutes. I had an important banquet to attend this past, afternoon. The wait created anxiety and I got a headache. Scheduling should be managed better. It appears that Smile Doctors Orthodontist, does not care about their patients time at all. There is never an apology for the long wait. It is as if the long wait is to be expected. My entire experience with Smile Doctors Orthodontist, has NOT been the best.

Ms. Daisy is THE best orthodontist! She also has the most amazing crew working with her! I was able to get my braces put on, on my very first appointment! They’re all so kind and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this place! I’ve never been so happy!!

I had an amazing experience. As an adult getting braces for the first time I was nervous, but they made the appointment fast and as easy as possible. I was in and out in about 2 hours and the staff was friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend to any family member or friend.

I love all of the staff at Smile Doctors - they are so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. If I ever need a comfort visit scheduling has never been an issue; even with them working out of two offices, I’ve never gone more than 7 days without being seen. I’m in my 30s and thought it was weird to get braces so old but SDO sees all people of all ages. 🫶🏽 I could go on and on but if you are looking for a knowledgeable orthodontist and a great team who listens and cares - you’ve found it!
