I had the best experience from the time I booked until the end of my first appointment. The staff was very nice and went above and beyond my expectations. The front desk was polite and the esthetician went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable before and during the process. . I had several moles removed and honestly after Dr. Berti numbed me I didn't feel a thing. He was so nice and made the process very comfortable. I love my results and have been getting so many compliments. I'm going back to get more removed. My confidence is back and I owe it all to Dr. Berti. If you want a provider who is empathetic and give great results please go see Dr. Berti. He will not disappoint. His staff is awesome and goes above and beyond. They treat everyone like a celebrity and I love that. 5 st

The appointment scheduling was easy and didn't require a long delay. The office has plenty of parking. All the staff were polite and pleasant to deal with. The doctor was great. He kept explanations simple, to the point, and was very reassuring. I left with a sense of peace.

I don't have enough words to say how positive my experience was. The staff was helpful and friendly, they make ya feel like you are the priority and talk to you like a real person. Dr. Berti was absolutely the best! He is informative, decisive and talked to me while fixing me which really helped me to relax. His confidence and experience in his craft is undeniable. This is the only place I will be going to for skin surgery and dermatological needs. Very highly recommend.

A most friendly atmosphere upon arrival. I was promptly registered and less than a five minute wait for the visit to begin. After answering a few medical questions I was seen by Dr. Berti who proceeded to assess my concerns. He promptly diagnosed my condition and showed me other photos of other people with the same condition. Dr. Berti offered in office treatment the same day and I left his office confident that the treatment would provide the desired results.

This was my second visit with Dr. Berti. He's knowledgeable, caring and direct. He listens. He asks for feedback on previous visits or treatments. He makes recommendations based on the discussion and had his nurse send my prescription to a mail order service which I loved. Overall a great visit.
