Racist much? Worst dental experience ever I made a appointment for a cleaning and I came in Janel with burgundy redish hair immediately tells me that she doesn’t have time to clean my teeth but she has time to do X-rays so I tell her I came specifically for a cleaning I stressed that when I made my appointment she goes on to tell me oh well I would have to come back for the cleaning which the next appointment is in 6 months as I’m discussing maybe rescheduling with the receptionist Janel walks in and out the waiting area several times smiling. Racist much?

My client, dudley mcneese, visit rivergate dental today and was provided excellent service they are very knowledgeable and professional. Chelsea assisted him today she is excellent and a great asset to their office. Thank you Ms Chelsea see you again soon

I've been a patient here for years even supported them with the previous owner. However, after waiting almost a month for an appointment, I was called the morning of and cancelled because my hygienist is ill. (I wish her a speedy recovery). If I've waited over a month, rearranged my day to make this appointment possible, lost $$$ because I cancelled an afternoon job, and then they cancel me, they are very unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time and money. I hate that you could not squeeze me in with another hygienist considering I was already on schedule, but since that didn't happen, and I was offered another day, and at last minute offered a spot for a cancellation today (Like I wasn't already on schedule), I am already offended and will be not be returning as a patient to this busin

The front office staff is absolutely garbage. The front office staff has absolutely zero listening skills to their patients. They treat everyone with air annoyance and are absolutely rude to even their co-workers. If you don’t want to deal with the public and their health needs, then you truly need a new profession. The front desk staff’s attitude is a complete disservice to the mission statement of the practice. Once you get past the front desk, the treatment is exceptional. Unfortunately due to the belittlement and degrading service received from the front office staff, you won’t get to experience quality care.

Dr. Currie was amazing. It's so hard to find a dentist nowadays who cares, and I'm so happy I found one. She was very informative and honest with me. I will be coming here for a long time.
