Skyline Primary Care is truly a great office From the nurse that I talked to on the phone to make my appointment to the ones at the front desk When I went in for my appointment were so very nice. The nurse for Samantha Craighead was super nice I’m sorry I don’t remember her name but she was very nice. Then the PA Samantha Craighead come in and oh my goodness she made me feel very comfortable. Did not rush through the appointment. She listened to Everything I said, and was explaining some of the tests that we went over from Another doctor that I’ve seen. Samantha Craighead is truly a great Person thankful she had time for me and accepts my insurance I did not have to wait very long to be seen and I wasn’t rushed. I’m not dreading going back to my next appointment in three months

The providers here are very good at listening to your needs and the goals you set for yourself to achieve a healthy lifestyle. The staff has treated me with nothing but respect and kindness. It’s always super clean here (bathroom as well 😉) when I come. The service is always quick. You can get free bottles of water and coffee while you wait. If you’re an early bird like myself. There is little snacks to choose from as well. They have little toys to occupy your kids while you are visiting. They really do try to make you feel like you’re at home here. Thank you Dr. Settle and Staff for everything you guys have done for me and my family over the last 10+ years 😘😊

I recently had a new patient visit here and am very happy with my experience! The staff was so friendly and kind and I really didn't have to wait at all. I was a little nervous and had a few concerns to talk about but I felt heard and understood when I talked to Nurse Katrina and Doctor Katie, who were very knowledgeable. I didn't catch the name of the nurse who took my blood but she was so great at it, it didn't hurt at all and was very quick! Definitely feel comfortable choosing this practice!

Dr Spisak, Tracy and office team are the best! Dr. Spisak is patient, kind, intelligent, listens and doesn’t rush you. He also has a wonderful sense of humor. Tracy always takes the time to do what she thinks she needs to do to help schedule and talk with Dr. Spisak’s patients. The office staff is friendly and respectful.

I always get an appointment when I need it, Kelly Dayton, My provider, is so efficient! She’s an excellent practitioner her knowledge base is broad and she acts on her judgment accordingly. I can’t say enough about the staff KK is wonderful! They take the time to listen to you. Which is so valuable in healthcare today!
