EDIT: They reached out this morning and apologized for the miscommunication, and explained the procedure that wasn't explained before (nothing crazy, it was just a basically sandpaper floss that was making room for alignment.)it just totally threw me off because i struggle making it to the dentist/ortho anyways because of past experiences. But the lady who called explained it very well and was able to fix the situation, i'm very appreciative to see them very quickly resolve the issue. Thank you!:)

My 2 children just started going here for their orthodontic needs and I can't say enough good things about them. From making the appointment to the consultation, to picking out the best option for each child and then starting the process was excellent. Every staff member was kind and caring going out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable.

We absolutely love this dental office! The staff is so warm, patient, and great with kids. From the moment we walked in, the environment was clean, fun, and welcoming. The dentist was gentle and explained everything in a way we could both understand. My child actually looks forward to their visits now! Highly recommend for any parent looking for a positive dental experience for braces.

We have had some hiccups with getting things rolling for my 9yo's treatment. But they have always been quick to respond and even, at one point, contacted us to say that a mistake had been made and made it right! My daughter has been doing well and is very comfortable in the office. Staff is always kind and welcoming!

We have been with smile orthodontics for almost 6 months and every visit has been a smooth and pleasant experience. All of the staff are kind and go out of their way to make sure the patient feels comfortable!
