The home aides are top notch and the one that helps my dad is the only reason I continue service with this place.The office staff and management are just the worst Had I known how uncaring, uncooperative, and how they constantly make changes to what is authorized and requested is about as bad as it gets. Their most recent efforts are likely to hinder my visit to see my sons naval graduation, and seeing him before he ships off for a 4 year contract. Please seek other services

Addus is a Sorry excuse for Medicare home care. A high school freshman could run this better. You call in a complaint and they try talking over you and making excuses for their poorly ran office.

A caregiver said we were not home when we were. They said she knocked on the door but we always keep our door open. Why would someone lie. Need better people

This homecare agency is the worst, I would’ve died of neglect several times had a family member not stepped in and taken care of my needs, the people that work for them are either excellent or downright awful.

When you think you have care arranged, you may not have care last minute.... this has happened on more than one occassion!
