I’d honestly prefer negative stars but that’s not an option. My grandmother who is in serious pain was allowed morphine every two hours due to multiple rib fractures when my mom and I arrived a nurse introduced herself to my mom stating if my grandmother or us needed anything to “please let me know” my grandma had fallen asleep so she fell behind on her pain medication my mom found the nurse and let her know my grandma was an HOUR past on her medication and could she please have some this nurse continued to shrug at my mom and just say she needed more patience this has honestly been going on all day it’s a fight for my grandma to get help standing and being given her medication on time! This is beyond ridiculous if anyone knows how I can contact management I’d really appreciate it!

I was in hospital 6 days. Upon return to my room at Charleston Rehab, I found my laptop inoperable. It appeared to have suffered some impact. BIOS was accessable, but SSD could not be found. I presented concern to facility; no response. I believe facility staff could have prevented damage to my laptop. I have had a laptop and or desktop for over 35 years. Big part of my life. Before I arrived at Charleston Rehab, I had means to repair, or replace computer. Now, all of my income goes to facility for my care. I had believed there would be protection for myself, and my personal property. It is heart-wrenching, agonizing, to have been deprived of all the information that was on laptop. I miss computer very much. There are other concerns, but this is becoming long-winded
