Referral problems on multiple occasions delaying much needed appointments. Good luck finding an appointment when you need it. The portal will only frustrate you more by looking at calendars full of dates that aren't available. Since the move from the Middleboro office, this place has been like a convenience store that isn't convenient.

From check in to check out including phlebotomist every single person was so personal and caring. Special shout out to Kelly who took care of my paperwork so I would have what I needed before leaving. Loving this new doctors office at Paramount!

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Can I say it enough times? Supposed to have sent over a simple referral I had requested months ago. You definitely know the rest of the story. Still waiting even after going there in person to request they send it over. "No problem sir" still waiting! Then my doctor leaves the "practice" and I've got no primary now because nobody else is accepting new patients what a freaking joke, don't call because the phone rings and rings until eternity. Goodbye and good riddance

Dr. Volney is amazing and very attentive and informative. I felt heard. I felt comfortable but most of all she treated me like a person and not just a insurance claim/patient. I highly recommend her and all the staff there is so helpful and sweet!

Nicole ledger is a perfect example of the best. Always so caring and listens to what you have to say she is just one of the best absolutely love everyone that's in her office I have been going to Nicole for many years I would be very heartbroken if she ever left she's the best. Such a caring person.
