Signature Healthcare

Worst healthcare around, my mother gets the flu from me and all they can ask her is if she has taken a flu test and to have her drive all the way during single digit weather. If I had been on the other end of the line listening to them speak to my mother this way I would have raised absolute hell. Healthcare is about compassion not total and utter apathy. What an absolute mockery of healthcare.

So this was my first at this Signature Medical Center, and liked what I saw there. It was a well kept medical center had to go get X-Ray, I was in and out in 13 minutes and also have a lab but was closed today hence at the time I was the only one there.

Do not recommend. I was told I was too young to have certain diseases. Had to push for an ultrasound. Advocate for your own health. You know your body better than they do. My Epi pen was expiring and I asked for the Neffy. Dr. Sooch denied my request because she had to see me for a physical first since I supposedly missed mine in July. As if my allergy suddenly changed. Instead of providing a prescription for life saving epinephrine she insisted - no physical, no epinephrine. Needless to say, I went online to the Neffy website and paid $25 for a Dr. to prescribe it. Insurance covered it. Guess I didn’t need a physical after all. Healthcare is a money making machine. They want healthy people to come in, poke and prod them, convince them to get vaccines that will kill them or disrupt immu

Been seeing dr sooch for a few years. She’s the best!! My favorite doctor ! She sees the rest of my family as well so good so far.

I wish when Signature Healthcare Brockton hosp. calls the healthcare proxy that they leave a number or voicemail who is calling. I don't like to play the guessing game.
