Never going back to CVS..greeted with a smile and half the price for my script.
This is the closest pharmacy to me so that's why I use it. The staff is friendly but using this pharmacy is too much of an inconvenience. They never have anything I need and my prescriptions most of the time need to be ordered or I need to contact my doctor and see what similar prescriptions she can prescribe. But today was definitely the last straw. I take birth control pills which you have to take daily at the same time for it to be the most effective. I submitted my request for a refill on Thursday. I was told it would be ready that evening. This week was the final week of my pills, so I needed to pick it up by Sunday. I came in Sunday to pick it up and was told (big surprise) that it had to be ordered and would be ready Monday. If I submitted the refill on Thursday, why was I not at th
Pharmacist would not transfer my mail order pharmacy, told me to get new rx from md. Went to Walmart pharmacy got it transferred in 30 mins. Unprofessional Pharmacist.
All the pharmacists and clerks, Robyn and Laura especially, are extremely friendly and helpful. They are not 24/7, but they are open 7 days and the personal service is worth it.
This is a store we go to regularly. Large selection, friendly staff. This store is conveniently located at the intersection of 70 and 73.
