Went to the pharmacy first time and the lady gives me one medication. I had 2 per their app so i came back and said there were two, the other woman says its not filled its too soon but the app said it was filled. If the first woman told me that the other one is going to be filled in 3 days, it could’ve saved me a trip back, or she could’ve deleted the filled notification on the app. I know i don’t look like im sick but my heartbeat was 156 just walking/POTS, dysautonomia. And on top of that she was huffing and puffing, rolling her eyes bcs i couldn’t figure out my new HSA pin code. I guess i was wasting her precious time. Prounounced my name incorrectly as well after i said it few times. I wonder why 🤔. Yeah i know! What a way to welcome new customers. I miss Rite Aid already.
My son needed a prescription and CVS didn't have what we needed. I called Shop Rite myself to see if they had it and got an immediate response! The pharmacist, Kim was super attentive and had what we needed. I called my son's doctor back, he immediately called in my son's prescription. I'm happy to say the transition was quick and smooth. We will be filling all of my families medications moving forward.
Shoprite pharmacy is passing off yellow NORCO pills that dont work. People are going through withdrawals. Told them, and they know they dont work, heard from many other patients. Still passing them out, and collecting money. Who do I contact? I want the NEWS to get involved and investigate. Please make your voice be heard against this pharmacurical company and Shoprite. People are going through withdrawals and horrible pain.please write in this review section if you have any information to help this process. Ty
This pharmacy has a great pharmacist. I believe her name is Kim. She goes above and beyond. Totally went out of her way to help my father in law. Thank you.
Horrible service ordered medication at 2pm the night before was assured it would be ready by the next day upon arrival they tell me it won’t be ready till 3pm and was met with nothing by rudeness by the women with painted on eyebrow
