- Plenty of parking for patients, - Clean and quiet, - Front desk staff was welcoming, - The doctor who saw me was very professional, caring, and knowledgeable, - Restroom 🚻 available for patients, I had a last-minute COVID-19 test done, which was negative. But I still have coughs. I would recommend this Nuvance Health-GoHealth Urgent Care for its cleanliness and quick customer service. Today's visit, April 10th, 2025, took longer due to health insurance subscriber info in the system. However, after verifying and confirming everything with the rep, our visit went smoothly.

There was this very nice and professional young man who did and EKG on me. He was kind, compassionate and made me feel at ease. The physicians asst was great at well. Thank you.

If I could give negative stars I would. I visited the Danbury Ct location where I waited 1 hour to be informed they couldn’t do my testing at that location but if I drove 30 minutes to Carmel, NY. They would. So I drove to Carmel and gave my test to them and was told I’m good and I’d hear back in 3-4 days. After 5 days, I just called the Carmel location to be told my test was cancelled due to them not supporting the test. I then asked why I was informed otherwise, and that I work in customer service and was highly disappointed with the service. The APN on duty then told me she works in MEDICINE, and can’t give me an answer. Well, she certainly doesn’t work in medicine based on that response or she would have serviced me and she absolutely needs a couple of customer service classes because

Very professional and friendly, made me feel at home, not nervous or stressed. They also diagnosed and fixed my problem immediately, I highly recommend them, I will be returning to them for my urgent care, they know what they are doing.
