Shiram Herrera took over my care when Dr Yee retired Pre-Covid. She and her staff have gone out of their way repeatedly to assist me with insurance and paperwork approvals that had left me without a working wheelchair, public transportation certification, access to food and incontinence supplies, required paperwork for my new service dog when one passed away, extended cancer diagnostic testing and therapy that would have taken months without advocacy. Doctors and medical offices do a lot of things they cannot bill for that we often do not appreciate TY. #debbiedoesaustinbywheelchair #youcangetthereinachair

Issue is with the staff considering i never actually met her. I had an appointment set for over a week as a new patient in need of ongoing care do yo several chronic illnesses. She can't prescribe my meds. Any of them from the sounds of it. Tell me why it was necessary to call me the morning of the appointment to inform me of such. No one could call anytime in the prior week and afford me the time to find another provider? No? Would that have just made life too easy? Dont bother with the clinic on lake creek pkwy. They apparently only help if youre a child or easy. Sincerely hope the office staff learns to actually manage the office in a timely manner. Yall set me and my healthcare back a month at least.

I have a lot of appreciation for her! She is great , she takes the time with her patients and provides thorough follow-ups. Definitely I recommend her to help others find quality care. Thank you .

They prescribed me medicine saying that it’s been sent to My H-E-B, but My H-E-B says they haven’t received anything. I went twice yesterday to pick it up and still don’t have it.

She a great listener, and she cares!
