Dr. Shine John is an exceptional physician. He conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the pain in my left foot, carefully examining it and thoroughly reviewing my previous diagnostic reports. After two prior podiatrists informed me that my MRI showed nothing wrong, Dr. John took the extra step to personally reassess both the imaging and my condition. Through his diligence and expertise, he was able to identify the underlying cause of my pain. I truly appreciated his thoughtful, methodical approach and his commitment to finding answers after so much uncertainty. It was incredibly reassuring to finally receive a clear explanation and direction for treatment. In addition, his assistant is outstanding—professional, attentive, and remarkably detailed in documenting and recalling information

The entire team is great and are genuine in their concern and willingness to listen to your concerns and address them. Appointment ready on time, very short wait and thorough exam. Doctor John is logical and straight to the issue in a very specific and deliberate manner with a plan to get you going in the right direction immediately!

Dr. John was a referral to me from another client. Making an appointment was easy and communication was plenty via email and text as follow up for the appointment. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly front office staff and then promptly escorted in with Mo, the PA. Questions were asked and I felt heard as I went through my concerns. Dr. John reviewed the notes, asked good questions and he had a friendly and approachable demeanor. A game plan was outlined. I left with clear instructions and next steps. Check out was easy and I felt really good upon departure. Overall a 10/10 experience. This is the second doctor I've seen and compared to the first one, I can't believe the difference in care. So thankful for the referral.

We have had great experiences with Shine Foot and Ankle. My husband and I are both patients and now our son is as well. We got lucky with scheduling and were able to get in the same day for a painful ingrown toenail. Dr. John was able to remove part of the toenail that day and in a timely manner. He and his staff did a great job explaining the procedure to our 11 year old who was quite nervous about it. It has been about a week since the procedure and so far so good. We are following his detailed post care instructions and have not had any issues. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It is worth the 25 minute drive it takes us to get there to be in such good hands. Thank you!

Best experience ever! I have been having this pain on one of my toes and really uncomfortable sharp pulses. The receptionist was really helpful and squeeze me in same day I called even with their busy schedule. The Doctor was very professional, explain the cause and how to prevent those issues in the future, got a knife and cut the excess of skin I had, very thankful for those Doctors who really care about the well being of their patients! 100 %?I will go back and 100% I’ll recommend Dr. Shine!
