Sherman Hospital (1425 N Randall Rd)

Accommodations are nice, rooms are a good size, nurses and doctors are amazing. But in regards to the employees who were running the Out Patient Surgery Desk this Day I am appalled!!! I ran out to get food (cafeteria was closed and too expansive anyway) and trying to find a couple of things for my grandmother that she would need as she was there having Knee surgery. I lost track of time. I got a call saying she was out of surgery and that the doctor was ready to talk to me. I said I’m sorry I ran out to get something and lost track of time but would be back in 15 minutes. The employees’ tone instantly changed and I got straight attitude. I drove back to the hospital checked in with a different lady then who I spoke with on the phone and she too gave me attitude and dirty looks about not

The place is amazing they have all the best rooms and they take very good care of your loved ones like my gtandmother is in very good care there and hse is al good and is getting better with her thing that she has if you have a loved one then take them to that hospital and they will get better

My surgery went well thanks to Dr Sour and thanks to all the nurses.

Poor communication. Moved moms room after procedure without telling me. No updates for 2 hours in outpatient waiting room

I was impressed with every nurse and doctor here. So kind! The facility is also nice.
