Dr Sheeja Francis is the absolute best doctor I have ever met! I have RA along with bone issues, if it wasn’t for her knowledge and expertise I’d probably be in a wheelchair chair. She also asks you about your overall health and guides you along the way even if it’s not related to RA. I feel like a new person! She is very kind, compassionate, and caring. You know she is very concerned about your overall health and well being, I wish all doctors could be like her! Also she has amazing staff, always efficient and kind. Messages are always delivered in a timely manner and you always receive a call back. I am very lucky to have found Dr Francis and look forward to her visits. If you’re looking for a good rheumatologist she is the one. I would give her ten stars if I could!

Dr Francis is kind, caring, and patient. She figured out what was causing my myositis and set up I plan to help me. I felt confident in her knowledge and abilities to make me myself again. Her staff is warm,friendly and always smiling which is direct reflection of Dr. Francis. I would recommend Dr. Francis to anyone looking for a rheumatoligist.

Dr.Francis has always shows genuine concern for my well being. She answers all my questions, does a blood test prior to my visit to review with me. The doctor has a very pleasant demeanor, and I am very happy that she is my doctor taking care of my illness

We called for a appt. on 1/16 we also sent a request for a appt. on the web-site. It is now 1/23 and haven't received a call, a text, or e-mail. They said 24-48 hrs somebody will get back to us! Shame on the office staff this is unacceptable. So we went to another place.

Dr. Francis is the best. She is kind, patient and a great rheumatologist.
