Shaw's Pharmacy

For 3 days I have been calling about my meds, Ik they're short staff, but they need to come up with something when the phone rings, or switch on the voicemail, this is our medication. Mark helps a lot and he always respectful and make sure I get my meds. I was charge twice for delivery, so the pharmacy decided to separate my meds without telling me, and I always have my meds in one package which cost $7:99 for delivery. Some of these pharmacy needs to be polite, instead of hanging up after a customer says thank you

The head pharmacist is the most rude person I have ever dealt with while getting my prescriptions. She’s very condescending, very judgmental , and has absolutely no care in the world about hiding how she feels . She is so unprofessional. I have been in line waiting for my RX and she will be nice as ever to the person In front of me , then comes my turn and it’s like I just killed her cat.! She’s awful! Worst, WORST experience with a “professional” that I have EVER dealt with . If I was able to change pharmacies I WOULD!

The pharmacist here is the most unpleasant, condescending woman I've ever dealt with in a retail environment. TWICE she has been rude for no apparent reason other than she obviously does not like people in general. Will never go here again.
