Community Health Pharmacy

Worst so called pharmacy you could ever deal with. They take forever for the most simple requests. Need a simple med? Will get there in two weeks or so if lucky. Place is fine mostly for stuff you don't need timely...even then, they are so off. Some days stuff will show up out of the blue weeks later that they missed, others ahead of time when not needed. They seem to have zero idea of timelines via illness reality. Do not use if you need meds on a timely way and are sick.

This place was pretty good at one time. It’s gone to hell now must be under new management or something. They did away with cash price for some reason. They are open the same hours I work and no weekend hours. It’s always a wait when getting prescriptions and when you have to be at work the same hrs they need to be and you use your vacation time to pick up your medicine they don’t seem to care. No early refills for vacations or work travel or family emergencies as I was told. I missed my airline as it was a big pain to deal with this and I’m still dealing with it and it’s certainly has changed for the worse in my opinion and it seems that they are not really caring for the customer like the use to. This pharmacy is a joke . They were open for another half hour and told me they don't have enough time to fill my prescription . Not only that but there always a problem . Worst pharmacy ever

Unfortunately, I am unable to provide this pharmacy with a decent review. I would like to, however, I do not think that it should take 6 business days to complete a prescription request that is a refill from the same doctor. My doctor called in the prescription on a Thursday afternoon. It was filled and sent out via mail 8 days later.

Beware, this is not a speedy business. We were very happy with them during the pandemic, but all of 2024 has seen a significant drop in speediness and communication quality from the pharmacy. Seems to be a lot more triage occurring where they send prescriptions they deem important first, and other prescriptions second. IT IS THEIR POLICY TO BE SLOW. The exact quote from their employee Karen Jenkins was "It can take up to 5 days before we get a prescription out in the mail. Our goal is three, but it depends on a lot of factors." It remains useful for regular prescriptions, and it's better than dealing with the dregs of society at Walgreens, so I'm not planning on switching yet.
