My RN, Tony and my doctor, Dr Birch were both amazing. They were thorough, caring and kind. They both listened and asked several questions to understand how I have been feeling. I continue to be very pleased with everyone I come in contact with at this facility. The front desk staff are always pleasant and helpful! I would highly recommend!! Thank you!

Thank you to Dr. Rodriguez, RN Tawny & Carlotta and all the staff for taking extra great care of me at Urgent Care in Otay Ranch- Eastlake. From start to finish the experience was welcoming, empathetic, professional, kind and attentive. The front desk kindly checked me in and set realistic expectations for my wait time. Nurse Carlotta was able to get me through triage quickly. Dr. Rodriguez was very empathetic, he attentively listened to my concerns about my current health state and was able to quickly set up a plan for treatment. Nurse Tawny was very gentle, amicable and made me feel comfortable. She was informative, step by step, throughout the treatment process. She made sure I was comfortable at each step. They both checked on me in between patients. My Radiologist was kind and clear

I was taken in right away to see the nurse since the lobby was empty. Everything was going smoothly until it was time for the doctor to come in. I was told when the nurse left there was only one patient ahead of me, but it took well over an hour for the doctor to come in. The doctor was good once she came in but no apology for the wait. I had to walk out of the room multiple times to ask them what is taking so long and they kept saying we will check but never came back to update me. Unfortunate experience.

This was my first time at the new Urgent Care. The check in was super easy the front desks were kind and attentive. Once we were taken back Nurse Rhian (I’m sorry if I spelt your name wrong) was a big hit with my Loki. He was chatting up a storm with her. She did a fantastic job with him. Overall everyone there was fantastic!!! Thank you for caring for my Loki.

been taking family here and has been getting great care. But on 2/18/26 my wife took my daughter in for persistent flu symptoms. Chest xray was done to check for Pneumonia. My wife video called me when Priya Sapra, PA came back with results. At the start of the video call we had a poor signal and next thing I know she was about to leave the room. She appeared to be in a hurry and when I tried to ask a question I saw her slap her thigh with her hand and with an irritated tone of voice she just mentioned all instructions are on the discharge paper works. She appeared to be a parent getting irritated at her child. I don’t care if it was a busy day, but you don’t act like that to patients and/or family members.I am registered nurse and I don’t appreciate provider’s who act like this spe
