I came to occupational medicine for a work related TB. When I checked in at 910am, it took about 45 minutes to get called back. When I came back at 955am to get the TB read, I waited over an hour… people were getting called back who came after me. I finally asked the front desk what the delay is and the nurses didn’t take my chart…. Wasting my time and when they called me back they didn’t even acknowledge that they wasted an hour of my time because they forgot my chart Additional time wasted when they didn’t even know what I needed to turn into my work
Bathroom are very nice.
