Sharp Rees-Stealy Chula Vista Urgent Care

Beautiful new facility, awesome staff. Easy check in process and clear communication. I only waited 5 minutes before I got called in (midday on a Monday even!). Got xrays right away, then waited a bit for the doctor. I felt very taken care of as a first time patient. In and out in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend taking advantage of this great new location. 🙌

Never thought I would leave a review like this for my HealthCare facility but it seems like as soon as the clock strikes 5 everyone just wants you out. I sprained my foot and had to hop into the urgent care they took X-rays after that I was told to be on my way and walk to the exit. They just took the wheelchair from me and I obviously could not walk. All the nurses kept questioning me on why I was hopping but I told them you know what the doctor said I’m fine and took the wheelchair so I left. My right arm is also injured from my fall but this doctor did not seem to care at all. His name Chase Dallas.

I came here to get something done for a job. It is very well organized and clean. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. I haven’t been here for any other reason but the staff is very welcoming and helpful, everything is up to Covid-19 standards and constantly being wiped down and sterilized.

From the moment I walked into urgent care I was treated with compassion and there was barely any wait. I was treated quickly, the nurse and doctor were super attentive and kind. They kept checking up on me, something you rarely see in an urgent care since they're known for being super busy. They took all necessary exams, I walked out within 90min, feeling so much better and it was nice not to feel like a number, but a human. It was my first time checking in there, I hope I don't have to again but if I do I'm sure I'll have a pleasant experience.

Dear Sharp Rees Stealy urgent care on third Avenue in Chula Vista. I want to thank you for the great caring service you provided me during my visit for a fall involving my right hip. From the start, I was checked in within the first minute seen within 10 minutes or less the nurse was very polite and attentive to my needs. The x-ray technician valued my privacy. Doctor Peter Park the on-site physician showed me and explained the results of my x-ray and injury, give me instructions to minimize the pain and to care for my injury before I was discharged. The entire visit lasted around an hour. I would highly recommend Sharp urgent care on 3rd Ave., Chula Vista. Best regards Mazen
