Sharp Rees-Stealy Chula Vista Pharmacy

It's been a while since Covid and taking my mom to go to the laboratory. Can I tell you what a treat it was going there? The lady in radiology helped us sign in and recognized my mom greeting us kindly and letting us know "it's been a while". The pharmacy guy named Jason comes out with my mom's prescription (l talked with him earlier on the phone) and handed me the prescription without me going to the counter. Lucas who did the blood work remembered my mom too. Almost like visiting family. They were so nice.....😁😁👏👏😃😃😇🥰

Horrible, I called on Saturday at 8:30 right when they opened and sat on hold for 26 minutes to speak with someone, I recently switched from Kaiser and now truly understand why people say prepare yourself they are no where near Kiaser when it comes to the level of service

If you value your health I would not go to this pharmacy. I called to have a RX, that was originally filled at the Sharp Rees-Stealy downtown pharmacy. The pharmacy personnel with whom I spoke with told me that I had no refills left on this RX. I found it kind of odd because this was a brand new prescription of a maintenance drug and that they would need to call my Dr's office to renew. Whom ever took the phone call didn't bother take any important such as the RX number the only he took was my date of birth, so Ok I thought these guys are high speed......WRONG! I started the refill process on a Thursday nothing, Friday nothing, Saturday nothing and Monday nothing. Luckily, I on Monday I had a Dr's appointment and I confirmed with them that no one had reached out to them to confir
