Sharp HealthCare

Complaining about discharge instructions in every Sharp hospitals i have been. I can download better and more precise instructions of how to take care of whatever is done. And it is basically what sharp does everytime only that they chose the worst. They do not specify and I am really lost on how to take care of the insicion made.

I went to the emergency room yesterday blood pressure 202 not sure of bottom number, back and neck pain also anxiety was and is really high?. The Dr on staff was really rude! He told me and at the end of my visit that I had come there for nothing, (was It because I am African American)? He said I didn’t look like a person who come to the emergency room a lot! And he was thinking that I looked like I shouldn’t be there! The nurse was in the room with theDr. and I! What did that have to do with me being there with my blood pressure numbers at 202/ not sure of the bottom number! I ask him what should my numbers be to go to hospital, he said 235(top numbers) he did give me a bottom number! Online it said to call ambulance if numbers or 180/120! Wow!!!! So to me that was an indirect way of say

I had an appointment today and I got told to leave because I did not have a face mask. If it is dire, for us to aquire face masks, wouldn't your office or any department have face masks in case of a situation like mine? I feel very discriminated for the fact that I didn't have a face mask. I would understand if I didn't want to wear one but I didn't have any and I asked around the entire building and not one person was able to provide me with one. I will never let my friends or family come here. Wasted a day out of my job.

As a parent I want to be with my spouse for support during her doctor exams. OBGYN Dr. Levine’s office discriminates against fathers by not allowing them to come inside during the visit even though we are either fully vaccinated or taking precautions against Covid (temp check, face mask, etc). Fathers/partners should be allowed into doctor visitation if the mother is also ok with it. Fathers have rights also and this office is discriminating against us.

I waited in the er for 4 hours to get xrays. The wait time is long and horrible. Updated 10 july 2022 I have since went to them for another visit. I thought I had covid and at the time there wasn't an easy way to get tested. It took me 2hrs for a covid test with symptoms to just be seen. Sharp is undermanned as most places. It is really bad when you have to choose between to horrible companies of scripps or sharp.
